Rock Shop
This course is designed for rock climbing and bouldering. The course can be offered in varying lengths, from 1 day to 2 weeks course, and can be customized to suit your needs. Skills will range from basic climbing technique, anchor building, repelling and canyoning etc. The course can be offered during summer encampment or as a stand alone course.

Intro to rock shop
This is an easy introduction to the sport of rock climbing and repelling. Focused mainly on climbing, storytelling, and trap making. The teams will travel to a crag or gym and operate out of vehicles and group shelters. It’s a 1-3 day experience. It can also be an intermediate experience where rescue skills, anchor building, and multi pitch climbing is available as well. Minimum age of 12
Expedition
This is for our fit and adventurous crews. This course is offered only at our encampment. It is a 10 day course. The first 3 days are used to build their teams through ABL games, technical skills/safety training, and interpersonal communications training. Our communications training is mainly focused on the attributes of self mastery and interpersonal relationship building. The teams will leave on a 6 day excursion and camp near the crag (climb site) and train technique and technical skills like anchor building and rescues. This expedition also includes a nightly cooking course where indigenous traditional recipes are explored. There will be 1 day set apart for a celebration and debrief to complete the 10 days. Minimum age of 15.
